2 MONTH UPDATE

The second month has gone by even faster than the first! Ryan is growing and changing every day. At his doctor's appointment earlier this week he weighed 16 pounds and 2 ounces (4 oz more than Aubrey at this age) and measured 25 inches long. He's in the 98%tile for weight and 99%tile for height. We definitely have another big kid on our hands. Breastfeeding has been going really well, maybe a little too well. Ha! And his eyes have changed to blue (just like Brock and Aubrey's). The sleepy newborn days are coming to an end and he's awake a lot more during the day. And he's becoming much more interactive. Although, car rides and walks in the stroller still put him to sleep every time. We (Ryan and I) are getting a lot more sleep at night now too, which has been great. We love this little guy so much!

6 WEEKS

Our little guy turned 6 weeks old this week! In some ways it feels like time is flying by at warp speed, but it also feels like Ryan has been a part of our family for so much longer than 6 weeks. I can't imagine life without this sweet boy. He has started smiling back at us when we smile or talk to him, especially first thing in the morning when he wakes up.
